Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- To cancel, call +91 9303350491 or message us on WhatsApp
- Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled
Return Policy
- Seeds are perishable items, so regular returns are not accepted
- Opened packets will not be taken back
- Only sealed and unopened packets are eligible for return
Refund Eligible Cases
You will receive a full refund in these cases:
- Wrong product: If you receive a different product than ordered
- Damaged product: Product damaged during transit
- Missing items: If any item is missing from your order
- Expired seeds: If the packet is already expired
Refund Process
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Send photos/videos of damaged product via WhatsApp
- After verification, refund will be approved
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-7 working days
Non-Refundable Cases
- After seeds have been used
- After packet has been opened (without valid reason)
- Delivery to wrong address due to customer error
- Germination failure (depends on growing conditions)
