Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • To cancel, call +91 9303350491 or message us on WhatsApp
  • Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled

Return Policy

  • Seeds are perishable items, so regular returns are not accepted
  • Opened packets will not be taken back
  • Only sealed and unopened packets are eligible for return

Refund Eligible Cases

You will receive a full refund in these cases:

  • Wrong product: If you receive a different product than ordered
  • Damaged product: Product damaged during transit
  • Missing items: If any item is missing from your order
  • Expired seeds: If the packet is already expired

Refund Process

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • Send photos/videos of damaged product via WhatsApp
  • After verification, refund will be approved
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-7 working days

Non-Refundable Cases

  • After seeds have been used
  • After packet has been opened (without valid reason)
  • Delivery to wrong address due to customer error
  • Germination failure (depends on growing conditions)
