What do I need to track my order?

Your order number and the email address you used at checkout. These are in your order confirmation email or WhatsApp message.

Why is status not updating?

Tracking may take up to 24 hours after dispatch. During busy seasons, courier scans can be delayed.

Can I change my delivery address?

Address cannot be changed after the order is placed. Contact us on WhatsApp before dispatch if urgent.

How do I cancel?

Contact support as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible before shipment.

Package shows delivered but I did not receive it?

Check with neighbours or building security first, then contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Verify the number and try again after a few hours. If it still fails, WhatsApp us for help.
