2. Delivery Timelines
- Live Plants: Delivered within 24 hours (where applicable) after order confirmation. For bulk or special plant orders, delivery may take 50 to 60 days.
- Packaged Agricultural Items (Seeds, etc.): Dispatched via Courier – Delivered within 5 to 6 working days.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or festivals.
3. Shipping Charges
- Live Plants: FREE SHIPPING on all plant orders. Minimum Plant Order Amount: ₹6,000.
- Other Packaged Items (Seeds, Agri Products): Shipping charges will be calculated as per requirement and order location.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details on your registered mobile number or email.
- You can track your order through the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.
5. Damaged / Undelivered Orders

- Attach photos of the damaged product while reporting.
- For undelivered orders, contact us after the expected delivery date.
