1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility
- All packaged items are eligible for a refund after we receive the returned product.
- Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Damaged products or items not in original condition will not be eligible for refund.
- Live Plants: Refund will be processed after the returned plant is received and inspected.
3. Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed on the SAME DAY after the returned item is received by us.
- The refund amount will be credited within 5-7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be credited back via the SAME PAYMENT METHOD used by the customer/farmer during the original transaction.
- UPI Payment: Refund to original UPI ID
- Net Banking: Refund to original bank account
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund to original card
- Wallet: Refund to original wallet
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by customer
- Perishable agricultural items (unless damaged in transit)
